800 Series No Till Seed Drill

• Option to plant in 7.5″ and 15″ or 10″ and 20″ row widths with 8″ stagger.

TC3600 Series No Till Seed Drill

This frame is designed to provide all the benefits of an air cart without the extra cost or complicated circuitry.

• Seed capacity of up to 145 bushels. (similar to an air cart)
• 36″ row stagger makes for excellent trash flow.
• Option to mount precision seed meters on openers allowing you to plant in 7.5″, 15″ or 30″ rows using the same planter for multiple crops.
• Models available from 10′ to 30′.
• Optional “Twist it” Hitch for fast transition from field to road and back.  13′-4″ transport width.

The TP800 Series Air Seeder is designed to plant a large area per day in tandem with an air seeding cart, into a wide range of soil conditions.

TK7600 Series Row Unit

Crop Dividers

Note : If you have a cracked sprayer tank please visit plastic welding.

• Adjustable height/ can be lifted to drive on trailer.
• Narrow front to cut through crop.
• 12″ rubber to prevent damage from driving through tile holes.
• Replaceable tin.
• Can be made to fit any sprayer or tractor.
• Lightweight aluminum.

Wheat crop, when harvested, yielded 0.9 bushels per acre more where HFL’s Crop Dividers were used versus no dividers. (Left track no divider – Right track with divider.)

• If you save 1 bushel of wheat per acre at 6 dollars per bushel, than it would only take 500 acres to pay for a set of 4.
• if you save 1 bushel of soybeans per acre at 12 dollars per bushel, than it will only take 250 acres to pay for a set of 4.
• Also used in cotton, canola  and white beans and possibly more crops.

Custom Applicators

HFL’s Crop Dividers save crop.  Therefore it makes good sense to use them when spraying in crop.  If you own HFL’s Crop Dividers then you can more easily convince farmers to use your services for their custom application due to the crop savings. (1 bushel of soybeans/acre could pay for the whole application.)  If you currently have a good customer base you could charge an extra rate for the use of your HFL Crop Dividers.  A simple rate of $1.00/acre would provide a quick payback. If you save the farmer 1 bushel of crop, their payback would be high on the dollars spent.  If the farmer decides against spending the money, the HFL Crop Dividers will simply detach and you can spray the crop without the Dividers.

Rough Laneway or Yard?

Then you are in the right place. Our grader is known for its simplicity as well as its strength. the reason that it works so much better than a box scraper is because of the leverage it has on the front blade. All of the weight behind the front 2 blades is acting as a lever to make them dig. You also have the fact that we are hooked to the draw bar instead of the 3 point hitch. This allows you to apply the weight of the tractor on the front 2 blades. all of this along with a reasonable price makes HFL’s Laneway Grader the best on the market.

Unique Hitch

The unique hitch of HFL’s Laneway Grader allows you to hook up the unit with one simple pin.  This hitch raises and lowers the front of the Laneway Grader similar to a 3 point hitch system. The other advantages include: the ability to use the tractor for extra weight on the Laneway Grader (3 point hitch does not apply downward pressure) and the ability to tow the Grader with a pickup truck. (It has been towed through cities such as Toronto, down the 401 at a speed of 100 km/hr.)

Scarified or Ice Blades

Scarified or ice blades, when mounted on the Laneway Grader, will give your grader more bite in the summer when your lane is dry and hard.  They will also allow you to clear ice away in the winter which can save you from putting salt on your driveway. These blades are interchangeable with the standard blades.  Standard blades will move gravel sideways better to fill potholes faster.

Auto Pitch Adjust

The Laneway Grader comes standard with a crank to adjust the pitch.  If you have a third set of remotes on your tractor and would like to adjust the pitch from the tractor seat, than the Auto Pitch Adjust option is right for you.  You can simply remove the crank and the Auto Pitch Adjust will bolt right in its place.  The ability to adjust the pitch on HFL’s Laneway Grader is another reason that it is superior to other graders.
